the 2nd gun i ever owned once i was old enough was a sub2k from my grandfather. i went in to pick up a 638 i bought from a member here and they had one on the wall. gen2 though apparently with the upgraded sights and threaded barrel. had to have it for under $500. got to pick it up today. (thanks WA gun laws....) i've always had a soft spot for keltecs having owned everything from a PU-22, pmr30, SU16, and RFB. currently have a KSG and this one. filled the perfect hole in my collection using Glock17 mags which i EDC as it is. <3 (i only put tape on the mags for funsies, i don't plan on keeping it that way....)

Agree! It's been many years since I've owned one but I'm looking forward to getting out for some trigger time. They definitely made much needed improvements. I still have the Gen 1 Steve got rid of. Added the Red Lion Precision rotating Quad Rail and Front Sight. Tossed a 45° mount for the TRS-25 and have been happy for years. Attachment: 20190910_172331.jpg Would love to eventually get a Gen 2, but only after getting a 9mm can.

Andrey, check out the GAU-5 ASDW - a packable 12.5" AR that breaks in half at the front of the receiver. Midwest made a VERY limited run of pistols and uppers with leftover rails when the Air Force contract was done, but now you'd have to do what I did and cut the anti-rotate tabs off their G3ML10.5 handguard to accommodate the QRB takedown system. It fits in a laptop case... :)
