There's a crap ton of public land in eastern Washington that you sight in on if you're willing to do it without comforts of a range.

3 inches high at 100 yards, and you're good to go.

The max range at the Cowlitz Public range is 330 yards. You can shoot anything legal in the state.

Upper Nisqually Sportsmans Club has 550, 185, 100 and 50 yard ranges. They cover just about everything needed.

If you have access to Range 15 on JBLM.

You can also check out Tacoma Sportsmans Club - they have 300 and once a month I think they do 600.

Paul Bunyon but it's a member only range and only on certain days.

Most other ranges do 100-200 around DuPont area.
