No. You pull in off the road. There's a raised area for long range, or you can pull up to right by the creek for short. The gate is currently closed on the access road, I just found out. No indication of when it will be opened, but Every time I've been there (always between april and august) it's been open.

Page is dead again, same error as reported earlier. Looks like something is wrong with the SSL certificate too, Chrome complains.
Edit: Looks like it's a problem with the link in the first post. If you go to the site with http:// instead of https:// it works.
