Here's the video from the match last weekend. Too many points down and that NoShoot hurt. For such a quick match I need to be more focused. There's so many noticeable areas to make up time throughout the match and that's why we record them. Missed shots, not counting rounds/dropping the striker on an empty gun, having to rack the slide afterwards, looking at targets instead of calling shots... I can go on. BUT, those are the things I will chip away at in the next few weeks. Enjoy the video!
Thank you everyone for taking the time to watch the video. If I can break that disastrous "one bad stage", I think I'll be more competitive. My calendar just opened up for a little bit so hopefully I'll run into some of you guys at local matches leading up to the WA State IDPA match. I'll be out for Tuesday PB matches for the next month which should be good practice. ;-)
Yeah. I was amazed they stopped allowing it but then again the last time I had shot (before coming back to shooting sports) was 2008. I believe they started allowing people back in February.
