Wanted to share my Form1 build with anyone who is interested. I will keep adding to it as I go along. This silencer will be dedicated to a Remington 700 AAC-SD 300 Blackout. This is my first build so questions and feedback are welcomed.

Background:
I have several Form4 Silencers but I wanted to design/build my own. A Form1 build gives me the opportunity to experiment with baffle designs, spacing, and machining. I chose 11.6" tubing to give me the most volume to play with baffle design and spacing; lightweight and compactness wasn't the primary considerations. Other than hand tools I'll be picking up a drill press with a cross-slide drill press vise to drill the baffles and endcap.

Timeline:
    1) 06/16/2016 - Ordered Solvent Trap Material
    2) 06/19/2017 - Ordered Freeze Plug Forming Tool
    3) 06/21/2016 - Form1 Submitted
    4) 02/16/2017 - Form1 Approved
    5) 05/13/2017 - Engraved by Trevor (Hyperion Precision). Waited for a two more Form1 approvals to save a trip

Materials:
    a) 11.6" Titanium Tubing (outer sleeve) 1.5" OD, 1.36" ID, and threaded 20tpi
    b) Titanium Griffin Taper Mount Adapter
    c) Titanium Stepped Cone Endcap
    d) Titanium spacer material 1.350" OD in multiple lengths: 0.250", 0.500", 0.750", 1.000", and 4.000"
    e) Stainless Steel 1.350" OD Freeze Plugs PN# SP 381-3179
    f) Rubber Wipe Material

Next Steps:
    1) Form and drill baffles
    2) Drill endcap
    3) Fitting baffle stack
    4) Initial Testing using 300BLK Subsonic

Design Concepts
    a) First concept will be a straight forward using spacing materials and 60deg cone baffles
    b) Second concept will be forming a second angle on the baffles using a dead center and hydraulic press
    c) Third concept will be clipping the baffles
    d) Fourth concept will be adding a single "Spool & Defuser" stack. Think motorcycle exhaust packing material
    e) Fifth concept?
