Just a quick question to confirm that vertical foregrips on an AR-15 pistol are a no no, but angled foregrips are okay?
I did some searching and that seemed to be the case, but I didn't know if anything's changed since, you know, 2013.

Unless your overall length is over 26", and you've never attached a buttstock, and don't conceal it with the VFG installed. Then you can have one

If configured as a firearm and not a pistol, concealing makes it an illegal weapon. I'll try to find it when I get home this evening

Title I "firearms" (something that isn't a rifle, pistol, or AOW under federal law) are pistols under WA state law, so carrying one concealed in this state is perfectly legal, provided you comply with the rest of the RCWs pertaining to lawful concealed carry. I'm not aware of any federal prohibition of concealed carry of Title I firearms, so unless someone can show me where in the U.S. code it is restricted or prohibited, I believe it is perfectly legal at the federal level as well.

What are you talking about? If you are talking about state law, please do not mix terms. http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.41.010Quote: (9) "Firearm" means a weapon or device from which a projectile or projectiles may be fired by an explosive such as gunpowder.
