Is the ATF still approving Form 1's for SBR's? (Non-Amnesty)

The 2nd Amendment Has never looked so good..


SBR's, AOW's, Suppressors, MG's etc.

Is the ATF still approving Form 1's for SBR's? (Non-Amnesty)

I've had a few AR pistols for several years. When the new assault weapon law passed, I removed the braces to make them legal. I'm now interested in possibly making them into SBR's and transferring them to my NFA trust via a Form 1. Is this still allowed?

I’ve had a form 1 approved after the ban. I’ve even had a form 4 approved as well. The form 4 was submitted back in 2022 tho. These are sbrs.
