I'm getting things squared away prior to 41F taking effect.
To amend my trust to add trustees, it looks like I just need an amendment adding them as co-trustees. Do I have to have evidence of acceptance of the co-trusteeship? Like a notarized "I accept" letter?

So can I ask... who made your trust?
A trust is a work product - typically an attorney that specializes in Trust and further if it's a firearm's trust... Depending on how it's worded and put together will determine... how and what.
If it's a one page, off the internet "trust" - you are on your own.

My trust requires a signature from the settlor and each trustee along with a notary stamp/signature.
