Filled everything out, got to the payment. Made the payment successfully (charge hit my account), closed the payment window as directed. Sign and submit still grayed out.
Am I screwed?

I'm trying to remember. Is there a check box there for "agree to terms" or something?

Hopefully the "experts" can help me, instead of saying to submit the payment again and pray to whatever deity for a refund for one of them

I'd give it a little time. Maybe the site just isn't playing well with others at the moment. That wouldn't be unusual....

Is anything different with an existing pistol I want to SBR? I know there was a "countdown" due to WA's rules but wondering if that affects the Form 1 or not.
Where's a good place to set up a trust that's easy and inexpensive?
Think I'm going to get my PAP done. Erm...my Yugo M92 I mean.

Mine just got out of ATF jail a couple of weeks ago. hkcavalier wrote: Is anything different with an existing pistol I want to SBR? Think I'm going to get my PAP done. Erm...my Yugo M92 I mean. The M92 is a good one. The "countdown" was that we couldn't do Form 1s until June 9th, and now there's another countdown to July 13th when 41F kicks in and you need to start submitting photos and fingerprints. To minimize your hassle, get the Form 1 done before July 13th; you can build the SBR later, but at least get the Form 1 submitted. Where to get a trust is a long and complicated discussion that normally turns into a full-blown argument. There are free trusts, or you can pay for one. I have the Silver trust from NW Gun Law Group, and I have no regrets. Their Bronze trust is cheaper and is still well regarded, and quick to get: http://nwgunlawgroup.com.
