So I am registering a Spike's lower via efile form 1 SBR and the drop down menu only contains "Spikes Tactical LLC" but my lower does not include the part "LLC" in the name, it only says "Spikes Tactical".

I have already done a SBR form 1 on an Aero lower and "Aero Precision LLC" or " Aero Precision INC" both are available in the drop down menu and I have both models so it was easy to determine.

Does anyone have or know of any Spikes lowers with LLC in the Name on the receiver?

Mine doesn't say LLC on the lower, but thats what I went with on my SBR F1. I believe the manufactures code is more important than the actual name on the lower.
They are one and the same regardless of what is on your lower

yessir, it was the only Spikes Tactical it showed me, the addresses under the LLC name and the Spikes website match up, so figure gotta be one and the same. Even if the lower doesn't say LLC after Spikes Tactical, the company is the same and is correct and the serial number from your lower is entered also, so there really should be no confusion with your paperwork

If it helps any, I've done two from Job Bob Outfitters and they look like this, with "LLC" on the lower:



I chose "Joe Bob Outfitters" from the drop-own menu for both of them. One was approved that way, the other is still pending.

So I suspect you're just fine....
