Just to clarify, you submitted in March of 16, got rejected, then just got approved? Who am I to complain(sitting on a June 9th and 10th approval), but I know some peeps who submitted after May 27th/2015 and obviously got rejected who were interested in how those disapproval's were being handled when requesting a resubmit consideration.

Was able to talk to a human today at atf. At his request, I emailed him the payment information I had received on Saturday's attempt to e-file Form 1, and the Form1 acceptance information that I had received on Monday. He said that he was able to link the two, so now the completed and paid Form 1 is now in the waiting phase.

It was a good experience with the ATF gentleman.

I had a Form 1 SBR diapproved last year. I filed same lower on the 9th, along with four new ones. I emailed Ted Clutter last night with the info and so far no response. I'm having a heck of a time getting anywhere on eForms, I can log in and see the DISAPPROVED and SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS but it won't go anywhere else. About the only thing that works is the "Log Out" button.
I have logged in and out several times and dont get anywhere. I did see the APPROVED link one time but never again.

For those of you who have filed last year and got disapproved, you just need to email Mr. Clutter and give him the disapproved form and your new form numbers and they appear that they will approve them. Most Excellent

When did you get the email? I emailed him last night and nothing so far.

Wow, that's pretty late in the day for DC time. Congrats! I'll keep an eye out. But I'm cynical.

Anyone able to get in to the site? It keeps throwing error codes since about 9pm lastnight. main page opens, then login page, hit ok and ..............

Evidently on Wednesdays they are down for maintenance. But I still cant log in today. Site reads...

eForms Outage

ATF eForms is unavailable on Wednesdays between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time. ATF reserves the use of the eForms system during this time to allow ATF staff to process any submitted application forms without competing for the system resources with the industry members that are trying to submit new forms. ATF also uses this time to conduct any scheduled maintenance that needs to be done on the system. Was having the same issues earlier but it's working now.

It was up for a while during the day, one of my pending forms it would not open. Now it is down again. Glad I at least git mine in when I did and not dealing with this mess while trying to submit...

Received my approved Form 1 tonight from my resubmittal. Now have the long wait for the other four.
