Silencershop has it nicely locked down with the kiosks to help drive customers to FFL's. The downside is that SShop charges a pretty penny for their kiosk, so your ROR is important. You need a kiosk to make it work, or offer a concierge service where you can take passport photos and make fingerprint cards on the spot. Those are not the kind of photos I was hoping to offer with my services. Seriously, thanks for the insight.

You can do good NFA business without a SilencerShop kiosk.
There a very big world of suppressors out there that SilencerShop doesn’t sell. They won’t tell you of course, because they’re a tad, well, it’s marketeering.
You’d sell every VOX can you brought in I bet. Especially if you had a demo video. There are many others.

You need a kiosk to make it work, or offer a concierge service where you can take passport photos and make fingerprint cards on the spot. You don’t really need the kiosk. I know a few guys who are with silencershop but don’t have kiosks. Once you use the kiosk once silencershop saves your data so you never have to use it again. Also the break down isn’t bad for paying them to do the paperwork for you. I have the brochure from shot at home somewhere but there’s price breaks on every x amount of suppressors. Tops out at them covering your sot fee and free transfers. Starts out at $20 I believe per can. Not to bad to have to basically do zero work and just store the can. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Last time I ordered suppressors, I used the Silencer Shop app on my phone. You can go to a kiosk (at any store) and do your fingerprints. Then use the phone app from the comfort of your home. You do need to upload your trust (if you use one) but it, your fingerprints & photo are stored. Since you need to update the photo once per year, you can do it through the app. Choose any dealer in the network to receive your toy. The closest SOT to me is a Silencer Shop dealer but doesn't have a kiosk.

Figured I should update. The can finally is in my hands. 498 days start to finish. I will not be back to SSG for any reason. They could have handled this trainwreck completely different but didn’t. Anyway, it’s finally over and here it is on my Rem 572 pump threaded by TPryder. 100% satisfied with his workmanship and communications! It’s a LONG boy, built to plink.
