Is the process the same for those who do not have trusts?

Tentatively in for an AAC MPW.

Since my trust got fucked up, I will be going the CLEO sign off. I've already spoken to Sheriff Gene Dana's office about it. They have told me they are more than happy to sign off on it.

Well, I am gonna tell it like it really is. I am most interested in a SBR, but not a "high Roller" like you guys are.
I have two dedicated AR Lowers for SBR configuration, but that pipe dream might not come true if the Law for SBR's in WA State is not resolved, m understanding.

Question, are there any SBR Models, such as SIG or mabe Rock River or maybe another brand that is a less expensive than the $1500-$2500 price range? Maybe like closer to the $900-$1200 price range, even a no name brand or similar?
Thanks.

I reserved two at my dealer in Elma, $799 each for a 14.5" AR. They are out there.
