I would like to be of service but, I'm not savy with that pistol. If you don't find someone locally, there kits available. http://www.cylinder-slide.com/index.php?app=ccp0&ns=catshow&ref=BHPDI

Do it now. If the bump/trigger job bill gets passed it will become illegal.

Have you removed the mag safety disconnect yet? It's the first thing I do to all my Hi-Powers. It will significantly improve the trigger pull and feel.

I had mine done by CaR Firearms. They did a great job....did the mag safety disconnect (on the older HPs it's a DIY, on the newer ones I wouldn't try it) and brought the trigger down to about 3 lbs perfectly crisp. Just what I wanted.. They also duracoated and did a very good job.
Now this was a year, maybe two ago. I think there's been some changes there....you might want to check with other members. For me it was just a bit too long a haul for the type of work I was needed. Found a good local guy for me, Larry Conway, in Snohomish.
