It's actually a bullpup. The BCG is more like a telescoping Uzi bolt forward of the magazine which grabs the next round like that Bond Arms Bullpup 9mm and the chamber is in the buffer tube.

Obviously I have no f***ing idea.

We'll split up. You wait in line at the Franklin display, and I'll go see the rest of the exhibits. :ROFLMAO:

If these(however they got around the law), become popular, I bet other companies reinovate the design and modify and improve(similar to the “pistol braces”), which may also be another thing we might(at some point in the future) be able to use as the framework to remove sbr’s from the NFA list.

I can dream can’t I?

Since you're going through all that trouble, why don't you dream that the outdated, ineffective, and impractical NFA is reformed by the Republicans who have both houses of congress and the presidency.

...And it does what that a braced AR pistol doesn't? Bear a regular stock? Or use a trigger that actually relies on NDs to operate?

Yawn.

More rumors that it's a very short smoothbore with a close to 11.5" rifled muzzle device on a 26" "firearm" (not a rifle or pistol). Details should be released tomorrow.

I just saw a video of a guy explaining that it has straight lands and grooves - i.e. like rifling but with no twist, so it's not a "rifled" barrel. If that's true, the guys guessing at "smoothbore" were almost right. I'll pass, that seems kinda dumb, when we can have a very accurate "pistol" of the same size with an arm brace.

the binary trigger makes it a 'machine gun' under Washington state law.

The same reading will also lead someone to conclude that when you see some old timer out at the trap range using a release trigger on a Winchester Model 12 pump shotgun, he's also using a 'machine gun'.

They mentioned to me, today, that there will probably be a non binary platform for WA and other states that don’t like binary.

If they are using the binary trigger on the federal level to get outside of 'rifle' & 'SBR' and into a 'firearm' classification, I'm not sure how they could do that and comply with Washington law. Unless they aren't using the trigger as the key to getting this classified as a 'firearm'. The fluting/rifling line seems unlikely to me, but I guess as long as they get the letter, that's all that really matters for now.

I read somewhere else that the "stock" has been classified as a brace before and it is probably pinned to get to the right length.

Nothing to back that up, just relaying what I read.
