cool, but why not in the GP100??? I am sure the GP100 could handle it. If not maybe the Redhawk?
The SRH is a beast, the GP 100 with 2, 4 & 6 inch barrel options would provide a better platform IMO

Even one of Ruger's chief officers was overheard saying the Super Redhawk is an ugly POS.

I like my ugly tank ;) Got a 7.5" 44. You could really test the limits of 10mm with this revolver!

3.3 pounds? Man that's almost as heavy as my.............. I have so much 10mm ammo around and have I zero Redhawk revolvers. Agree with Duke EB I guess the cool thing is my over loads for the 10mm AR would be fine in this. I have fired a few in my semi autos, but frankly I'm always afraid something gonna go boom.

How many 10mm ar's do you have now? Cabelas has a deal on xtreme bullets right now, and a sale. for every 500, you can send in a rebate for 100 free brass, including 45 and 10mm! I just bought 14 boxes :)

I love the idea of a Ruger 10mm with full moon clips......But it does not need to be as large as my 454cassul. TINCANBANDIT said it well. In a GP100, I would need two of them now. And another one when my daughter finds out..... It really seams disconnected from the world.....It seems the big ammunition manufacturers all produce 10mm ammo at 40S&W specs. Now here comes Ruger with a mammoth tank of a gun to handle full power 10mm's.........SMH

The SRH is a beast, the GP 100 with 2, 4 & 6 inch barrel options would provide a better platform IMO I agree, but I wonder if they figured they'd hear, "Why didn't you do this in the Redhawk instead?!" if they released it in the GP100 first. Maybe they'll end up doing both at some point.

Although I've owned a couple 10mm revolvers, in the end, what's the point? I have .357, 41, and 44 mag in revolvers.
