Am I the only one that had no idea Ruger was producing a 10mm 1911?

Saw one yesterday at Cabelas. Didn't know they existed. With friends and family going on today knock 10% off. Love my sr1911 in 45

Do you remember how much Cabelas was asking for it?

I still have a NIB .45 Ruger SR 1911 I haven't fired yet, took it as a trade.
But a 10mm sounds interesting.

I have a LW Commander length SR-1911 for carry. Nice fitting with average finish.
Ran 100 percent out of the box, a nice 1911 for the money. :thumbsup2:

I'm only surprised by the combination of appointments. Reverse plug and slight softening up front but, not front strap checkering. The grip safety is only fitted for function and not aesthetics. That front sight base looks big enough to take a few hits and definitely not chosen for the looks.

It ain't a Brown bro, Its a $750 entry level 1911. Looks like maybe you should buy a few, mod them up, and PIF them to your biggest fans. lol :peep: :party1:

Loved my SR1911. For the money they are very tough to beat. Not sure why I'd need one in .40 though.
