What are some examples of belt-fed firearms that you can buy right now?

My understanding is they are all out of my price range, but I'd like to learn more about them.

Anybody got one? Do you like it?

The 1919 semi's used to be all over Gunbroker but the supply dried up about 8 years ago.
Paid $1,100 on auction for my Ohio Ordnance Works 1919, basic gun without tripod.
Prices have really gone up.

One guy had one on GB for $3K. But it had 4 barrels in 3 different calibers, tripod with T&E, AA tripod, A6 kit, AA sight, an original wood transit box, crank fire, belts, links, and a bunch of other stuff. Kinda wish I bought that one, was for sale for quite awhile.

It's cool, real head turner.
But in reality it's a heavy boat anchor.

Heres a review, not mine.

Hi Snozz. For me personally the real allure of belt-fed guns is full auto. As a civilian it's a rare opportunity to shoot one. One idea is to take a trip down to the annual Saddle Butte Machine Gun Shoot in Albany, OR. The range is dedicated to the event and the firing line consists of dozens of Class III dealers with firearms for rent. Great place to try both vintage and post-86 dealer samples. If you've ever wanted to try a MG42, SAW, M60, that is the place on the West Coast. Also tons of other full-auto firearms like magazine fed MP5.

My fil has a 1919. It looks cool as shit, but it's semi and has the paddle trigger so it shoots really slow. That trigger is supposed to be an off on switch. I

The shoot was scheduled for last weekend and unfortunately it was cancelled due to insurance issues. Too bad! I had been planning for months on going down.

Supposedly they'll try again for next year. It's supposed to be held the 3rd weekend of May every year.
