Good. I guess.

To me, it's just more and more proof that guns laws are quite nonsensical.

Yes, there is a lot of nonsense in this ruling. But, I have to agree that this represents quite a watershed of good thinking (applying simple, common sense). Hooray for BATF (first time you have heard that in a long time, eh?).

I'd wager that in the VERY near future, this arbitrary nonsense is just stricken from the books entirely.

There is no practical or intellectually honest difference between a fixed stock, adjustable stock, or a "forearm brace" employed as a stock. None, zilch, nada.

So this should mean the cheek stock for a vz61 Skorpion does not make it a SBR. Right?

Yeah, right...

Yeah, but read section (1) of that letter...That's as bad as an ATF letter as far as trying to decipher the Loctite red and blue statement.
:frust:
The LOP part as well....I will have to measure LOP at Max extension point of the shockwave tube, they don't say what the max available is as manufactured.

Along with the dead pool thread, maybe we should start a "Wagers on when ATF will issue new revisions to the revised guidance revising earlier guidance on shouldering pistol braces" thread.

Or maybe this is that thread.

No, still tweeting with the best of them! :bonghit: :rofl9: :ROFLMAO:

One wonders, with the Constitutional scholar out, this has to be ATF ala Trump.

I look forward to my next range visits to be kicked out by staff or RO for shouldering my pistol until this makes the rounds.

Why is it always some Jack off RSO of range staff member that has to break some shooters balls over firing from the shoulder? . I do not want to hear that BS excuse of; "The BATFE will come down and shut my range down if I allow shooters to shoulder their arm braces". That is why I do not even patronize stupid places like that. They are more Anti- 2ND Amendment then Hillary Clinton. The BATFE have much bigger fish to fry with their own stupidity.
Is there even one documented case of someone fined or arrested for shouldering an arm brace? It is plastered all over you tube.
