I found a dirty gun in the safe... When did I do that? Cleaned a rifle last night.

Swapped out scope's, red dot's, iron's, and a carry handle on an AR too many times today. Trying to find the best configuration.

They grow in you quickly. Just as reliable as an AK with better accuracy.

Pretty sweet SKS. I have always wanted to get a non-spike bayonet model.....I apologize for being a SKS noob....I don't know jack about them other than they're drop dead reliable and fire a potent and cheap round.

Maybe I'm way off base here, but I've always considered the SKS to be the Russian Garand.

Closer to an M14 IMO. Garand equivalent would be an SVT-38 or 40 - cartridge is more similar, but to be fair I`d still be comparing 7.62x39 to x51. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The SKS is a .30cal, fixed mag, stripper clip fed, semi-auto, mid-length, gas piston operated, infantry rifle. Exactly like the Garand. How is it more like an M-14?

The SVT series fed from a detachable box magazine. IMO the svt is much more similar to the M-14

Lighter caliber and time period in which it was issued. I`m weird, I know.

Sent two SIG P250 uppers and frame back to SIG to have them check the sight alignment.
