Why stop with just DD JuKk? They aren't the only ones who flip for their business existence. The list would be long if you looked hard enough.

Be it guns, Coffee or Asian Porn, Companies roll with the current tide of political, economic or societal change. So, who's the sellout here? The existence of the business, or pandering to the Government or consumer?

Who's to blame here? Honest question.

He made an excellent point toward the end. Companies that keep to themselves and don't publicize much for the civilian market or are not openly pro 2A are going to have a harder time defending themselves when something seemingly anti 2A or even just milquetoast comes out. But when lawsuits against them are based on how their products are marketed I understand their hesitance

As far as I can tell they haven't gone full Team Wendy and slept with the devil. They're products are expensive and sometimes hard to get but just about everything the military gets will be available to civilians. Maybe not right away but it will be out there. I just ordered one of their barrels yesterday for an URG-I clone

The constriction, or abstinence from commentary due to ongoing litigation is their best defense for largely sitting things out, but I think they can preserve the integrity of their legal defense and still do a little better in participating in the defense of the 2A (says the armchair quarterback, who really knows very little about what they are doing.

I like the use of the "Civilian Defense Industry" (tm Trexarms) moniker. This should help counter some of the prosecution on the grounds of 'hyper-masculine' marketing the anti's love to criticize.

I'd still buy their stuff. They're walking a tight line.
