Apparently they are sending out waivers to wa customers for buying some stuff. They will cancel your order if you dont reply. I wont go more details in the open forum.

With our sue happy AG, I can't really blame them for trying to cover their asses. It sucks but I'd rather see em do that and keep sending orders, than have our AG try to sue them outa business.
