I slightly agree with this statement concerning AR pistols. But the whole reason I “wasted 200” on a stamp for my mp5k was for the vertical foregrip. I used all the braces and they worked great but some short guns need a grip. I really like Magpul AFG for all other rifle arms.

just get it over 26" and put a vertical grip on your pistol

Sure, but but who cares about .300BO. If you can make a stable/accurate bullet out of a straight rifled barrel, it might be possible to shoot projectiles 4,000+ FPS and outperform conventional ammo at close ranges.

I think the 'big win' here is to show once again the total absurdity of the NFA and these really stupid distinctions.

Whether this is a 4 MOA weapon that fires special ammo, or a 1 MOA tack driver... for practical purposes this is no more or less "lethal" than the other offerings; whether those are pistols, rifles, SBRs, tax stamps, destructive devices, or magic wands firing lighting bolts. While I follow all gun laws, these archaic distinctions are frankly stupid and outdated and serve no legit purpose.

For example. Is this any more or less accurate or lethal than a:

Keltec P32 pocket pistol in .32acp? Effective range is probably 20 feet. Or any pistol for that matter, maybe a 10mm?
or
9mm AR15 - smaller caliber, marginally better accuracy at 100 yards.

At 15'-100', you're no more or less dead when you're shot by one of any current offerings, whether you jumped through zero hoops or 30 hoops and got special top secret federal and state permission to own something.

This just really kicks the NFA in the stones, again, and pretty hard.

Assuming the bullet doesn't just vaporize at those speeds

Not all states allow SBRs. For those of us who can have them, it's worth the wait and tax stamp. But I could see this being pretty cool if your state doesn't allow an official SBR but you could get around it with this.

That's a good point, and probably their angle with this.

But if your state doesn't allow sbr's why not just build an ar pistol?

This is probably easier to get in Cali than an at pistol is at this point

How would this rate as a collectors item? Even that nerf ammo? Does this have callings of the Dardick series ammo? You know it will sell in states with shitty laws and guys looking to show off at the range.
