UPDATE: Rocket Scott was able to get my extractor off my bolt and save me a lot of hassle, thanks! I am unable to get my extractor pin out without damage, can I go somewhere to get it out and maybe buy a replacement extractor spring, pin, etc? Puyallup-Lakewood-Lacey area best on Sat. Thanks. https://i.imgur.com/PUkFEHC.jpgTo answer the questions below: I applied pressure in various ways to make the pin come out. I took the picture with a punch inserted to see how easy it moves; it's broken somewhere. But no matter where I move the extractor it pic does not come out.

Did you apply pressure to the extractor so that their will be less on the pin?

Is there something stuck under the extractor? What is the thing sticking out to the right?
Did you try pushing the extractor towards the bolt slightly to take the pressure off of the pin before trying to push the pin out? (usually this requires only thumb pressure to acheive - the way your picture is oriented your thumb would push straight down on the extractor directly over the pin )

Looks like the pin is in at an angle or something screwy. Frankly the parts are very inexpensive, even a whole bolt. It's not worth paying anyone.
That said you could even drill it partially if you have a drill press.

Are you trying to just push the pin out with hand pressure or did you try a punch and small hammer?
You might need to tap on the outside of the extractor to straighten the pin if it's bent. If the pin is really bent the only way to save the bolt might be to cut the extractor with a dremel lengthwise and take it out in pieces.
I'll probably be in my shop in Tacoma most of Saturday. You're welcome to come by.

Crazy how much the pin was bent. You can see the bend in the piece to the left if the bolt: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wow, that's not just bent, that's partly sheared, and took some serious force to do that. How did it happen? Someone trying to pry the extractor off without removing the pin? Or did someone clamp the whole thing in a vice too hard to compress the spring?
