I've got a set of four alloys that need to be renewed.
If someone has a kid that is mechanically inclined, i.e. won't screw it up, and would like to make some Christmas money you may be in luck for a job.
I'm offering this job to kids but if an adult wants the job, I won't say no.

No time limit to finish.
No tires mounted on the rims.
I can deliver & pick up if needed.
I live in Auburn.

Here is what they are:

Majority of wheels have a pretty vicious clear coat or clear powdercoat on them......are you sure these are uncoated??

Not sure at all but suspect they are coated.

If they all look that good id say coated as well. Bit of a bugger to remove and the average schmuck will have a hard time removing the coating and polishing. Most likely cheaper to buy new ones or if you have a big stack o $$$$ those can be polished professionally

This company does a good job. I had them restore some classic wheels several years ago.

Their price list makes buying new rims look cheap!

Something came up today and I'm glad to say, I won't be needing my rims polished any longer. :party1:

Good choice. A lot of cast wheels don't polish very well at all. They get their "shine" from when they're machined and the shine is preserved with a clear coat.

If you happen to be traveling in So. California there are a lot of shops in the San Diego area as well as in Tijuana that will polish them for a lot less than most shops up here. Kind of like back in the day when people used to take their rides into T-J for upholstery work.
