Anyone in Lacey/Olympia...

Sun Aug 06, 2017 6:34 am

Drive by "Howard's Storage" on Yelm Highway, near the intersection with Spurgeon Creek Road? I need the phone number off the sign on his fence. I can't make it out on Google Earth and haven't been able to find it online. I need a place to store my 36' travel trailer beginning in September.

I'm in the process of building a 1st class mini storage facility that will have covered storage also. Hoping to start dirt work in a month or so,waiting on some permits. At 1st there will be 2 mini storage building and a 50x190 covered storage. That'll be phase 1,followed by 11 more buildings,2 more covered boat/RV storage and 1 50x200 enclosed for RVs. This will be down in Rochester right off highway 12 as your heading towards the casino. Wish I had it up for you now,but the county is slower than &$@$ getting permitting done.

Sounds like quite a facility! When are you expecting to have phase I complete? It would be nice to have covered storage...

Depending on permitting, they are telling us beginning of October, but they've lied before. If it all goes as planned hopefully beginning of the year. We are putting in a drive through coffee stand first, but the building should start shortly after that.

How long do you need to leave it?

We are moving back to Washington, so I'm looking for a local place to store it permanently when we aren't using it.

Look me up after the new year,it's going to be a very nice facility, someone living on site and cameras everywhere.

Scvette - will do.

I've been spoiled down here at Fort Rucker. They charge $18/mo to store my trailer. Nothing fancy, but I have 24 hour access. Fort Lewis wants somewhere in the neighborhood of $75/mo I think. For that price, I can find a place a lot closer to our house in East Oly.
