Title is basically it...I'm looking for a good reputable contactor or company in or around Grays Harbor/Thurston county area. Looking to get this started soon...if you know of anyone who does a good job, please let me know. Thanks!

If your looking for a good pole building try Jorstads Metal Buildings in Chehalis. They built my shop and did a good job. They are normally pretty busy. I'm not sure when they could install.

I would love to hear about one that is reasonably priced too. Neighbor built a huge one10yrs ago. They have tripled to quadrupled in price in 10yrs. Inflation is one thing, but prices I got last year were crazy for a basic shell with 3 doors.

Second good recommendation for Jorstad's. Are their prices reasonable?

Jorstads isn't the cheapest, but the quality is good. They build one at a time with the same basic crew that has been with them a while. They don't offer financing. It's a cash deal. Several of the company's that do offer financing do really bad work, they hire any old guy off the street to build, so be careful. The cost of shops has gone up in the last 10 years. Give them a call and get a quote. The owner is named Josh and he is a good guy.

Six posts, and two recommendations for Jorstad's. Counting the recommendation I got offline, that's three. They will be getting a call.

My second post about Jorstads was more info for you, but a phone call and bid is basically free, so why not call and see what he can do for you.

I have been a contractor and barn builder for 12 years in the Thurston county. I would be happy to offer you a free bid. Hopefully you are in Grays Harbor and not Thurston as gophers have taken priority over permit issuance. If you haven't had your Mazama gopher review yet you are done till next summer.
Face-to-face Legacy Mountain Barns, see the website www.legacymountainbarns.com. Thanks
