I have 3 screws I need removed. they were loctited in and I don't have the tools to remove them.
2 are on the bottom of a ADM mount and 1 is in a picatinny rail mount.
you will more than likely need to use a torch and possibly a screw removal tool.
not sure how long it will take if you know what you are doing.
but woulda box of 50rd hst's 147gr cover it?
located in renton, and work in lake tapps

Did you already strip the heads? Or are you just missing the proper tips?

This one time in Band Camp, I had to use a hacksaw to remove a Samson Quad Rail cause I stripped the screws. Samson sent me a brand new one LOL

This...Did you hose them up or are you just missing the proper Hollow ground screwdriver tips to break them free? Did you install them and do you know what thread locker was used? Unless they are all hosed up it shouldn't be a problem ops, i can help you if you like.

These folks are miracle workers- they are familiar with guns and stripped screws, broken taps, etc. They are not cheap, but they are very knowledgeable and capable. https://microformedm.com/

It came from the person I bought it that way. going to run to the shop today and try a torch. the heads are stripped some to so I'm going to try to back screw them out. at least replacements can be had at home depot.

I used it awhile ago to take a rail off the top of a Marlin 357 carbine. Puts lots of heat right where you need it and not where you don't. Much more elegant than a torch in tight quarters.

Soldering Iron/Gun works well for focused heat.
Another tip.
If you have a small drill press and vise, put the proper sized screwdriver bit in the chuck, Clamp the piece you want screws removed from in vise. Run chuck down and align with slot. Put some downward pressure on seated driver bit and then use a piece of drill rod that fits the chuck key pilot hole nice and tight to rotate the chuck, screwdriver bit, and hopefully screw in the right direction. Biggest cause of screw head stripping is not keeping the driver bit straight and fully bottomed out in slot. Add heat just before this method to break free any thread sealant.

Definite apply heat to it to break the loctite. Another method is drill through heat treat then run the drill in reverse. Had to do this last fall when the bolt holding one of the lawn mower blades broke off. Tried to use a SpeedOut bit but it just wouldn't budge so I decided to drill into broken bolt and ran the drill in reverse and she came out. The SpeedOut works 90% of the time for me. https://www.amazon.com/SpeedOut-Damaged-Screw-Extractor-Bolt/dp/B00IRL3WP4/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1488239162&sr=8-7&keywords=stripped+bolt+extractor
