I need a concrete guy for a small pad. It will be about 5'x5' and will need to have a good hard trowel finish on it. I can do all the prep work, just need a finisher.
This is for a client of mine in the Woodinville area.

I drive a mixer.

Off the top of my head Id probably call Marvin Peltola.

The majority of concrete contractors suck. Period. Marvin is one of the few who doesnt, and only one I can think of right now.

Not to derail the thread, but would you gentlemen have any idea what I should plan to pay for a barn (already built) floor to be poured? Dimensions are 49x14 in the center. Would eventually have the stalls poured as well. About 13x13 each.

That's awesome, very helpful. The estimate I got from a local company was in line with the high side, but I can see where the excavation in my barn would be challenging.

5'x5' ? Id suggest doing it yourself. Form it up with 2x4 s and wood stakes, screed it with a 2x4, seal with a mag float, go over it with a steel trowel, wait til its harder and do it again a couple times.

A driveway or 50' of sidewalk I'd suggest a pro, for 25sqft DIY would be the easy choice.
