WAC posted an ad in this months GUN NEWS that they are accepting donations of .308/7.62 blanks for the Redmond VFW Post 2995 for use in military funerals at the Tahoma National Cemetery. patriot

If you have ever attended a funeral there, you have seen the veteran volunteers in action, they show up to honor their fallen brethren rain or shine, this is a very small thing we can do to help.

I have a bag of 80 or so blanks that I will be taking to the WAC show next weekend, if anyone has some that they would like to donate, but will not be attending the show, I can transport them for you.

I work in Bellevue (near West Coast Armory) and live in Auburn/Federal Way area.

Let me know, thanks!

A few years ago I was able to supply them with 800+ rounds of .30/06 - Every time I see a bunch on a table at a show I grab them for donation.

As a Past Commander of a Legion Post...You can request them from the CMP..There is a form to sign and send in..No hassle..No worries...They will supply .308 and .30-06...Not even a need to return the brass...VFW can do the same thing...
