Spectrum Internet.

It appears that Spectrum does not want their customers to access sites such as waguns. I can not log in with any of my computers or my phone using their service yet out in my driveway away from my wifi usingmy phone data I have no problem but using Spectrum all I get is 403 and 404 notices.
