FFL to do AR lower transfer in everett area

i've only done transfers at Sound Loan who i love. but can't meet with the seller while they are open this saturday. anyone here a household FFL that wants to do an AR Lower transfer? or who do you recommend? thanks.

Is this where I say that I recommend not doing a transfer for an AR lower, since the law does not require it?

Ummm..... Thank you. Was not aware. I knew you could walk out with a lower from a shop same day but didn't know it didn't require a check at all. Thank you.
