Roof debugger

I have a leak that is either in my roof or my chimney. Contractors told me they found the problem and fixed it. Still this week it leaked.

This is with a relatively new roof so it's not just worn out. There's a problem somewhere.

Need a referral for someone really good at finding and fixing leaks. King county.

How did they find the leak? When I have done it I used a garden hose and lots of water.
