We had critters get into our crawl space (bastards burrowed down, found a gap below the surface and got in) and proceeded to ruin the batted insulation and pull down all sorts of insulation around our main furance duct. When we sell in 16 months, we knew our crawl space would never pass inspection.

Crawl Pros gave me an estimate, came back a month later, had a crew of 4 working 6 hours after sealing off the crawl space to the outside (as to not contaminate anything in the house).

I inspected their work with my flashlight while they were here. WOW! It was a better job that our contractor did 20 years ago!

Pictured is how they tape off the area as not to get dust and shit in your house. (Our crawl space entrance was in the hall closet by the door)

Hey, that's good to know.

I do mortgage lending and every once in a while I get asked who I would recommend. Since I'm not a real estate agent I don't normally get involved with that end of things.

My mother in law is planning on selling her house soon and I know she's had critters in the past. I will give them a call and have them take a look.

Two thumps up!

That's good, it's nice to get that stuff cleaned up.

LOG,they based it off the county books, sq ft based on the foundation footprint, materials, labor.Very efficient and transparent estimate.
They are booked 6-8 weeks into the future so once you get your estimate, expect to wait.

No sense in telling you what it cost, because every crawl space is going to be a different bid based on what needs to be done.
I had a complete rip out of insulation and vaper barrier so lets just say it cost more than a new AR-10. :)

I'll give them a ring or mention regarding a large insurance claim I just filed... My vapor barrier fell while I was in Afghanistan, and my subfloor in the kitchen + cabinets + tile flooring all needs replacement due to water damage.... I have a sump running now. I never thought I would use the duck walk in real life... I guessed wrong... 6'3" guy in a space less than 4ft tall in 2" of water, lol.
