The Blackstone griddle is awesome. Once it gets seasoned it is 10X better than teflon. I actually have it in my kitchen. Omelets start sticking in teflon pans after awhile, but the griddle gets better with age. Very easy to clean, just heat it up and toss a bit of water on it. Then use a wadded up paper towel to wipe it clean. You are supposed to use those 1lb propane cylinders, but I got the hose adapter to hook it up to a 20lb BBQ tank.
