Has great customer service. I bought one of their drop in parts for my m9 and it didn't fit so I tried to fit it and screwed it up.

They paid to have my slide sent to them and back to me and put a new part in for me.

They definitely will get more service from me if I need to order anything else

I had a same experience recently. I bought one of their 16" fluted .223/5.56 barrel before Christmas and built an AR. Long story short is the chamber was too tight and the gun would not function. Emailed their CS department and started the process for return/repair. Once they got it and inspected it, I got an email saying that indeed the chamber was too tight and they would fix asap. The entire process from my original email to barrel back in my hands was 12 days.

You seem to have the worst luck with "drop in" parts...

No, I prefer to learn different things and expand my knowledge.

A bump in the road on a long trip doesn't stop one from enjoying the drive.

I don't disagree, just pointing out you seem to have bad luck with "drop in" parts.
