Josh, the owner of Pantel Tactical is a really great fellow with a flair for humor. Josh is a former army and has spent time in the big sand box, so it is nice to patronize a veterans business in a business climate for firearms that don't make a lot of money due to regulations and market constraints (internet). I have traded with him from about the time he opened and have marveled at how his business has grown, he is constantly evolving. Pantel is a gun store with lots of accessories, a title II manufacturer and has a tactical tailor accessory shop area in the back. He has built several custom rigs for me, his staff is knowledgeable and helpful with good attitudes to make your custom rig the way you want it. He has a kiosk for fingerprinting through silencer shop and stocks some NFA items like suppressors, AOW's and even some SBR's. His prices are very competitive and if he does not have something or you are not sure of what you want, he is really good at mining the web for something for you. Nice thing is, he has a lot of this stuff bookmarked on computer and is willing to spend time assisting you when he is not distracted with a shop full of customers. This is cool shop. If you just want to stop by and say hi or just browse it's okay, he has no sales pressure. Josh is a very customer friendly fellow and has all the underpinnings of a successful business man. His business model is simple, be nice to customers, be knowledgeable, be helpful and respectful. That is why his store is growing. As you can tell, I visit him often and highly praise him for a well run business. Pantels is located in the cascade shopping in Renton. It's in the middle of a bedroom community, there are few other businesses around him, but a large portion of the shopping center is vacant, so don't expect to see a lot cars parked out front. He may be a drive for some of you out there, but he would be considered a destination shop to visit.

I live in Everett and drove all the way to Renton because this shop is legit. Best price on my Glock 19 MOS and a shop full of wonderful things to look at and/or buy. It was well worth the trip, even all the way from Everett!

I was in Pantel's just last week. Same as always, cool folks, good inventory, fair meaning reasonable prices, and they'll try to order you whatever they don't have in the building. Did I mention nice guys? For sure.

Josh has the gun buyer's gun shop. I am a licensed gun dealer and I have accounts with just about every manufacturer or distributor out there, and I buy from Josh. I always enjoy visiting Pantel's.

Pantel's is my go to shop for anything. Was in there Friday and Josh patiently walked my buddy through the pros and cons of different slings and then broke down his BCG to show him how to clean it on his first AR. Great shop with good prices and even better customer service!

Pantels is the devil. Everytime I go it seems like I leave $100+ lighter.
But yes, +1

I did a tranfer at Pantel. Went great. Nice folks and very friendly vibe. I could see myself getting light in the wallet there (keep that CZ Compact away from me ).

It's been a couple years since the last review, so I'll drop a note about my visit the other day.
Recently shopping for my first foray into pistol red-dots. Since they are a tacticool type store, I anticipated that they would have a good selection, but was surprised to find only 2 models available. Both trijicon, which isnt what I was interested in, but the salesman was very informative about several different products, and I enjoyed the interaction, and his recognition of my veteran status from just a tattoo.
I was alsolooking for a light-bearing holster for a new pistol purchase. They dug around in boxes in the back, pulled a matching pistol out of the case, and we discovered that it did NOT fit. I appreciated the effort though.
Over-all..even though they didnt have much I was looking for, I really appreciated the service attention...and ended up dropping $100+ on other accessories because of it..
Btw..really enjoyed the new store pup. No idea what kind of dog that is, and he was a little mouthy, but absolutely gorgeous coat pattern. Anybody know what kind of dog that is?

Josh can also builds AK's from parts kits and 100 or 80% receivers. He did one for me with a childers 100% and a polish ak kit. He's versatile!
