Yeah, I was knee-deep in HOA stuff for the last couple of years, but in a good way, working as a member of the board. I live in a "real house," and our community has an HOA.

I live in in a condo with an HOA.
I hate HOA's.
I was on the board for almost five years.
I hate HOA's.
We are planning to buy a "real" house and I'm making damn sure it will NOT be in an HOA!
I hate HOA's.

Oh, did I mention I hate HOA's?
