I have ordered magazines (I think that is it) 3 or 4 times now. So far, my experience has been good. Usually takes about a week to get my gear. Most recently I placed an order last Tuesday and got it yesterday. Not bad for a Holiday weekend (and Black Friday) in there.

The mags I ordered last Friday were supposed to be here today but I just checked UPS and because of a late trailer they aren't going to be here till next week sometime.

I got my BF order super fast as well.

Im in the opposite boat. Bought a brick of 556 on the 23rd, still no email with shipping information. It was ordered late on the 23rd so may not have been touched until that following monday. But going on 5 working days now with nothing.

I never got a shipping notification on mine. Just showed up.

They are pretty fast with accessories.....Uppers have always taken some time. I ordered an upper the 23rd and haven't seen anything shipped yet. No big deal, they were swamped and i'm not in a hurry.

That's the way it goes with them. I got frustrated with 0 contact after order from PSA and was about to email them when I got the familiar knock knock at the front door and there was my package from them.

I checked my order and it was actually on Monday the 21st and arrived December 1st, so not sure if that helps some of you guess when you're package may arrive.

I ordered some of the green tips they had on sale on Nov. 21st. Never received a shipping notice but they were on my doorstep yesterday.

My upper order from the 23rd still shows processing. Oh well, like i needed it anyway.

I've had mixed experiences with them, but on their best day they're still not as good as other companies like Primary Arms.

I'm in the indifferent boat. Rarely do I need something urgently. It gets here when it gets here.

Normally it's fast, sometimes it takes a while. When you place an order during a busy period, expect it to take longer; pre-election, pre-Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.

My recent PSM order was black friday or thereabouts, and it's still in processing. No big deal.

1st world problems....

I think they hired a bunch more people, because they said my order will take "only" 7 business days to process. A couple years ago it was two weeks to process. That being said, it's been 7 business days and with no tracking info I'm getting antsy.

No tracking or shipping confirmation on one of mine ordered 11-22, still shows processing on website and it showed up 2 days ago.

I'm happy with their prices and products that I don't mind a lil waiting period. If I need or want something quick, there is other avenues to take.

their uppers are hand made in small batches. For the price vs. quality, I don't mind waiting.
