hey i did a deal with a member on sgn last month to trade my od grips for his kimber digital tan camo grips. when i got his they were less than perfect laser was 6 inch across at 25 feet . i called crimsion trace and they replaced them with brand new grips for free no questions asked no problem just got them back and love them. i will never have a issue buying there products knowing there customer service is top notch.
