Went there for a FFL transfer last week, people are friendly and courteous. They are happy to give you their opinion if you ask but won't give you any info that you don't care about. They are definitely not pushy sales type, rather they are more of the humble gun owner type.

There was a glitchy in my receipt but Sergey responded to my email immediately and the problem was solved right away. He even updated his sales system so similar type of mistakes will not happen in the future--efficient and effective. They have one of the lowest FFL in the area, and the most transparent website.

I'll definitely recommend them!
