This is all I use for long range shooting in 5.56, and shoots well under MOA in all my rifles I've shot it out of. All 1 in 8 twist. It also has devastating terminal performance. I always bought it from SGammo, but this is a way better deal and I'll be stocking up.

As far as a scope, that's a whole new thread worth of questions and opinions! So many variables. Primary use? Secondary uses? Probable range of use? BUDGET? Your preferences? Hunting? Range? SD? All of the above?

All 1 in 8 twist. 1:8 is the magic # Shoots everything well, from 50gr V-max to 77gr HP. IMI is good to go. I've been buying and shooting it for a while now - very pleased with it. Not a bad price on it, either.

The sale is still on and ammo is in stock. Thanks Chuck. I went with 77 gr thanks to the above posts.
And gun socks on clearance at $2.57 each when buying 6. Purple. But purple gun socks are fine with me. Purple socks, maybe not.
