Got my email Monday evening with tracking, but it says its still in California. Tracking now says expected date Friday

So my credit card was refunded the amount of my purchase, and the tracking is now invalid. I wonder if they somehow crossed up my order with someone elses.

I got a call today they are out of the 38” I ordered so I got a couple 34” and one 25”. I appreciate the call but am a little dissipointed as it appears they way oversold the 38”

That is really disappointing, specially if people that ordered Friday do not get their order, but people ordering later did. What ever happened to 1st in 1st out, early bird gets the worm.....

Well I just called them to ask about status of my order. CS rep said they sent me an email this morning stating they were out of 38's and could offer 34 or 25" instead. I have not seen any email at all from them other than spam once I signed up for an account after placing the order and this thread exploding.
