What ever you do, do not disassemble them.

I sort of draw a line at 30 rnds being as big as I need in anything. I've burned a few barrels with 20's.

Of course, those shown above are "out of stock" anyway. But I'm sure when they come "back in stock", the price will be even higher.

I just couldn't see myself paying that much for a magazine...$11-$15 vs $129-$169.

There are some on Gunbroker for much less than that:

http://www.gunbroker.com/All/BI.aspx?Keywords=mag5-60&Sort=13

http://www.gunbroker.com/All/BI.aspx?Keywords=mag5-100&Sort=13

But yeah, the same amount of money will go much further with 40-rd PMAGs.

The prices listed in this post were not the actual price.

Once you added them to your cart they were $75 and $125 respectively, and shipped free.

which is better than Gunbroker.

I am aware of surefire's reputation, and I mostly just bought them cause "as seen on TV" lols and because AU had the balls to put them on sale.

And while I agree, you should have plenty of Pmag40's before you have these, its not exactly a fair comparison, as magpul's D-60 and Beta's C-mag are considerably more expensive than their surefire counterparts.
