I've got the Zumiez (skateboard company HQ) about 200yds behind my house. They're ramping up for their big summer's end skateboarding competition tomorrow. So it's loud ass rap music and skater kids screaming day today at my house. Even with the doors shut I can hear the constant bass line and most of the treble from the music inside my house.
But wait, what's this? I have sight line from my back deck to their skate park from my back deck. Sight line = laser line. "Oh shit did I shine a green laser in that skater's eye while he was trying to compete? My bad!" Turn your fucking music down dicks! You're on private property violating noise ordinances!
I fucked with them for 5 minutes earlier. Music stopped. Over the PA "Dude, stop!"

Ok, The pressure pad was crap but the regular cap end works fine. I had this on 2 different rifles yesterday (556 & 7.62) for 50 yards and went through 300 rounds and it held 0.
Not bad for $3.00; I have had worse for things costing 10x.

I put my first one on a AR pistol. After about 15 rounds, the laser stopped working.
I could hear the battery sliding back and forth. Took off the front cap and pushed the laser housing back toward the battery with my finger until it stopped. Laser worked again.
Notified the seller. They sent me another and did not want the first one back. Second laser has the same build, so likely the same problem.
Took a piece of stiff, yet flexible dark gray plastic, trimmed it to the right length and width and rolled it tightly. Placed between the laser assembly and the front cap, it uncoiled and holds the laser assembly in place. Laser gives off same light as before. Did this to both lasers.
Have not tested this fix, but it should work. Only problem so far was the recoil moving the sight tube back and leaving the laser assembly to "move forward".

Mine lasted about 10 shots on my AK pistol earlier today.
Well...at least it got me to put a rail on the gun that I can use for something else. I totally destroyed a few clays and tin cans for about 20 seconds though!
Any leads on a much more durable (and brighter) model for less than $50? Otherwise I'm just going to slap a Bushnell Trash 25 on there and call it good.
