I'm hesitant to post this because I don't want to let the riff-raff in on one of my best kept secrets. But then again, I like to share the love...

Update: Ordered on Monday, picked up from my FFL on Friday. Quality seems very good! I'm in absolutely no rush to build another AR but will update again once I do.
