~$60 for a stripped lower from Brad's, ~$80-100 for a BCG from PSA and you have a complete AR pistol for $400-420. If you just want a pistol upper with some extra SHTF parts...hell of a deal.

Guys..... What am I missing here? This place here.......... https://thundertactical.com/collections ... 7477594886with the code "pistolkit", it comes with a 20% discount...... Comes with BCG, (How much ??? $100.00??) Comes with a 80% anodised lower, ($50.00??) $328.00 admittedly not before the cost of shipping is added. Shipping to me is $24.95. $352.95 total Is my math fooked up somewhere? Maybe I should buy another one.

That 80% lower is going to cost you a lot more than $50 by the time you're finished with it, unless you already have all the necessary tools. Other than that, that's a good price on that 80% pistol kit.
With stripped 100% lowers being as cheap as they are (I have 2 that I bought from Brad for $47 OTD), I'm not seeing much incentive to buy a 80% lower, but YMMV.

Has anyone who ordered the kit received an order confirmation? Ordered it yesterday and still haven't.
Tried calling, rang for 20 minutes with no answer. Sent them an email, haven't heard back.
Not worried, just unusual to not get an order confirmation within an hour. They already charged my card so I know they received the order.

Even if he doesn't finish it, he can probably sell it for roughly what he can buy an Anderson at Brad's for. Too easy. Plenty of folks out there spending $50 or often more on 80% lowers.
