From Fandango reviews, it looks like everyone who thought that Obama is an anti-american marxist was surprised because instead of bashing Obama it explored his deep anti-collonialist/communist roots.
It also looks like no one who DID NOT think that Obama was an anti-american marxist cared to see it :-).

So me saying "I want to see it" makes this no longer valid? I've read his book, his theories make more sense than any others I have heard.

Why would you want to see propaganda that you already believe in? That would be like Obama re-reading Marx over and over and over :-). In other news, Marxist Obama's DOJ has just refused to prosecute GS for their role in mortgage crisis ( http://seattletimes.com/html/nationworl ... L2I.reddit). This must be him following Lenin: "Without big banks Socialism would be impossible." http://www.revolutionaryhistory.co.uk/rh0503/lenin.html

If 2016 is progaganda, I presume it's not what you already believe in, so, I repeat, you're IN, right? The offer for me to pay for your ticket was serious - I just ask that you research anything you see that would matter to you IF it was true. Free ticket . . . you don't have to sit with us . . . we're on Social Security, so you can say it's paid for by the government . . . . Ya gonna make me beg?

I'd be happy to go with you guys (the only thing, I am not sure if I will be in the area - my wife and I may be taking a vacation). Just as long as you know what you are getting out of it :-). If you think I will like Obama less after it, I'd like to point out that I don't like him so much as it is. I am fairly ambivalent whether Obama or Romney win, because for all practical purposes, they are the same, and if President would act as a Republican (which Obama does) we might as well have a real Republican there. The thing I am arguing with you about is not that Obama is a good president, but whether he is a socialist or Marxist. Regardless of the influence he might have in the childhood (even if his mother had been reading him Lenin as bed time stories :-)) he is acting as a center-right politician today, and by the standards of all other western nations he would be considered a conservative. He is very much in bed with the capital (banking industry loves him). His health care "reform" is exactly the same as Republican alternative to Clinton - and far to the right of what Nixon proposed. Healthcare industry LOVES it. His environmental record is to the right of Nixon. His record on government secrecy is actually to the right of Bush. Despite the majority Democrats had in all 3 branches for 2 years, the taxes are still where they are - the lowest in the western world. The only reason is Republican press claims that he is a Marxist/Communist/Socialist is because they learned the lesson: making outrageous - untrue - claims still moves the needle to the right regardless, because there will be a sliver of population that will believe them, and the press will give any idiocy a "fair hearing". But that does not make these claims any less bullshit...

Okey-doke. Here's the latest: Advanced sale tickets will be available "mid-week" through Fandango.com - I'll be ordering a pair for The Missus and I, and a pair for Solyanik and his wife. If either or both of them either can't or won't go, Pritch is first in line. If you want to be further down in that line, post "IN" here. I don't know the showing time yet, but in the past, these small budget movies only show at 8pm. The date is still this Friday, August 24, 2012, and the theater is the Regal 12 in Tukwila. solyanik wrote: I'd be happy to go with you guys (the only thing, I am not sure if I will be in the area - my wife and I may be taking a vacation). . . .
