Just wanted to say how much i miss you guys. I lived in lacey, wa from 2012-2014. I probably met 10-12 of you guys from this site. What a great group of people. I now live in Pensacola, FL. We have nothing compared to what WaGuns.Org had. You guys got something greatgoing on up there. I hope you can keep it going for a long, long time. Take care guys. I'll stay in touch.

I got out of the Army up at JBLM. I'm originally from FL. So my family and I thought we wanted to move closer to home. I got a job down at Pensacola NAS working for the Navy. About 2 months after we left WA my family and I really, realky started to miss it. I wish I would have looked harder for a job up there. Such a nice area, great people, and all the craft brews.

I miss a lot of things about WA as well, particularly the natural beauty, the mountains, skiing, and the various pistol matches I used to attend there. There's really nothing like watching the Sound or the Cascades on a clear sunny day. All the green and blue is easy on the eyes. I hear what you're saying about the beer
 How do you like Florida? Have never been although think it would be cool to see a heavy lift platform take off from the Cape and also have always wanted to go tarpon fishing from everything I've read. Texas is great for work, the grandson's school, and the 2A rights are very solid here with Governor Abbott. On the downside, there's no real mountains or skiing and the place is unbelievably hot for about 5 months of the year. Miss the snow and the seasons so eventually thinking to move to Utah to wrap up my career or maybe even Wyoming or Montana if the move winds up waiting till retirement. _________________ There are dead horses yet to be slain.... - NWGunner |

Seems like a good opportunity to start up FlaGuns or PensacolARs (or Waguns East = Warrington Guns)?

I moved to E WA last year, but currently find myself in western GA for a little while, not far from Pensacola really. Enjoying the warmer temps but haven't found a good gun board to join while I'm here.
