From KVI Lars Larson.
The interview he did just now with a pro 2 A politician. Didnt recognize his name.
a Few Facts...
Seattle sent three busses of Anti Gun lobby people to Oly this AM.
360+ people on the docket for their 120 seconds before the Rulers of Wa.
I'm betting most will be anti 2A.
some small details...
Wa CCP holders may/will have to go through a yearly BCG Check through the State of Wa., Fed isn't good enough.
ALL! Ar's Ak's and HiCap mags are to be registered. I dont know the time frame.
No sales/transfers of any of these pieces/rifles after July 2002.
You can keep what you have.
Inheritance rules TBD.
There may be some leeway for those in the shooting sports....but I don't know what that means. Maybe for how many of these Items you can personally own orrr, who knows ????.
Lars didnt have a full hour to go over details with this guy.
Oregon is scared Shitless that they're next.
And they should be.....

I don't know a lot of the specifics, so I'm wondering how this works:
IF these dumbass laws get passed, are they concrete forever? Is there an expiration? Is it possible to overturn them with a (R) majority in the future?

Have you watch the pro/regression of the quality of Politicians in this state. Just when you thought there couldnt be a worse Mayor of Seattle the next one is worse. Same with all the positions right up through the AG and Governor.

The biggest piece of shit!
Theres a part of one of these laws that if enacted would let Citys legislate their own gun Law.

SEATTLE COULD OUTRIGHT BAN ALL FIREARMS!

In this thread or closely related thread in LEGAL the bills are listed. See if what Lars was saying matches those bills.

Pablo wrote: In this thread or closely related thread in LEGAL the bills are listed. See if what Lars was saying matches those bills. Ahhh I see what you're saying but..... The politician he was talking to was I'm sure a Oregonian. My fear is he may have an inside scoop on the Devils Details. Not fear mongering or trying to stir shit up...but if this is in the paperwork, somewhere, screwed would be an understatement. Aaaaand maybe, like other bills passed, they go for 200% and settle on 90% leaving 110 on the table as a Gift for the Republicans. That's kinda my hope. Like the ACA...shits already hit the fan and is on the wall, we have to wait to see how big the mess is after they're done. A million phone calls, texts and emails wont stop it. They could give a shit.

Email from 17th Dist Linda Wilson is encouraging:
Thank you for your e-mail regarding SB 5444, SB 5463, SB 5992, SB 6049, and SB 6146. I am adamantly opposed to these bills. I firmly believe the best way to improve gun safety is through education and proper training on the safe handling of firearms by law abiding citizens. Additional gun regulations do nothing to reduce crime, only punish law abiding citizens, and give a false sense of security to those wishing to further restrict our gun rights.
Unfortunately, bills, initiatives, and proposals like these are being perpetrated on law abiding firearms owners across the nation. You may not be aware, but I am a certified firearms safety instructor and became one to encourage firearm safety and training for those who are looking to further their expertise in the safe handling of firearms. Rest assured – I hear you loud and clear – and stand strong right beside you.
Our 2nd Amendment Rights are under attack like never before. We need to remain vigilant.
Yours in service,
LYNDASIGNATURE
Senator Lynda Wilson

Yup. Just got that response too, and I'm not even in her district. Nice to have allies like that.

SEATTLE COULD OUTRIGHT BAN ALL FIREARMS! Banning firearms all together. That’s against the second amendment. That could never happen. Oh wait, legalized marijuana, attempting heroine injection sites and countless other things happening in this state and specifically Seattle and King county. I could see them trying to ban all firearms legal or not.
